Been gone awhile

I know I have been absent all week and for that I am truly sorry. It was a busy week and I hope I can make it up to you.

Firstly let me show you some of what's been going on around here.

I finished making this for a competition I am entering.

I took two very excited girls to see a circus show

Made a tray of lemon slice for Grandparent's day at school

Sewed carrybags and pillows for some favourite toys

Celebrated 10 years of married life to my special one at The Albany Hotel.

I also bought a top from ebay, ate a plate of dumplings at the Shanghai dumpling house, went to the Camberwell market, had the loveliest chai tea in Melbourne, got new blinds installed in my loungeroom, celebrated the birthday of my bf with dinner and drinks, saw a silly movie at the cinema, spent hours reading books and mags at Borders, was chauffer driven in a Bentley, had a stopover at Ikea of course, attended a sad funeral.
