So I think it is fair to say I am officially back on the blog. Yay. I was gone quite a while, my laptop is too slow and was struggling to upload photos etc, but I decided I can't wait until I get a new one,it could be forever away. Instead I will be working on DJ's laptop when he kindly brings it home from work for me.
We have a busy month ahead of us as it includes birthday parties,fathers day,book week,crochet night,homework and assessments,trips to Melbourne and so much more.
This means I will have loads to share with you, just need to remember to take photos.
In the meantime we were visiting my mum and dads house on the weekend,they are away at the moment so we were checking on the house. I cut some silverbeet, lettuce and Vietnamese mint from their vegie garden...it was starting to be attacked by tiny snails so I officially saved it and brought it home to eat. While we were there I found Mum's Bill Granger cookbook which I am planning to find a lovely recipe to recreate, I will let you know which one I choose and how it turns out.
